1.酱肉包 Pork Filled Buns


①肥5瘦5(或6:4)的五花肉: 400g

Minced pork belly or minced twee bah with fatty meat: 400g

(5:5 or 6:4 ratio)





②甜面酱: Sweet bean sauce 1 bottle





③黄豆酱: Yellow bean sauce: 1bottle


④洋葱末: 1个 chopped onion: 1pc



⑤大葱末: 半根 Chopped big spring onion: 0.5 stalk




⑥中筋面粉All Purpose Flour or Plain Flour

⑦酵母Instand Dry yeast





  1. 韭菜海鲜馅饼 Chive and seafood pancakes


①韭菜: 300g Chives: 300g

chopped





②虾皮/海米:10粒左右 (或鲜虾5-6只切碎)

Dried small shrimps (sea ham): around 20 pieces (or diced fresh prawn 5-6pcs)





③花椒粉 Sichuan pepper powder 1 pkt

( Can use 13 spice powder instead)





④Glass noodle/sweet potato vermicelli





  1. 新加坡白米粉Singapore White Rice Vermicelli


①鱼骨300g fish bones (more bones) Can use any fish, white one will do.





②三层肉30g(可选) pork belly (optional),shredded





③1片大白菜 1 piece of long cabbage ,cut smaller





④新鲜湿细米粉 fresh thin rice vermicelli (same brand,but use thin one )






⑤虾3只 3 shrimp fresh (remove shell)





⑥鱿鱼 squid-50g shredded





⑦鱼片 fish fillet - 50g slice





⑧鸡蛋 Egg 1




⑨蒜garlic minced 1clove





⑩姜ginger 2slices





⑾青葱spring onion 1 stalk,minced





⑿小葱头shallot 1,minced






  1. 油泼辣子面 Spicy oil-splash the noodles


①刀削干面条100克

Daoxiao noodles 100g





②小白菜2棵 baby bok choy 2 stalks






③辣椒粉chilli powder





④熟白芝麻Roasted white seasame seeds





  1. 四川糖醋凉面 Sichuan sweet and sour cold noodles


①港式面条 Hong Kong-style noodles --- 70g






②鸡胸肉 Chicken breast --- 40g cut thin slice,easy to cook.





③豆芽 Bean sprouts --- 30g
