1. 手工水饺 Handmade Dumplings

①猪肉碎(或带肥猪后腿肉碎):400g

Minced pork (or minced pork hind leg): 400g

2. 烫面韭菜盒子 Chinese Chives Pockets


①韭菜:Chives: 200g (chopped)




虾皮/海米:10粒左右(或鲜虾5-6只切碎)

Shrimp skin/sea rice: about 10 pcs (or 5-6 fresh shrimps chopped)




3.岐山臊子面

①猪肉:500克(肥瘦相间的猪肉切成末)minced pork




干辣椒Dry chilli:3pics(cut small)



花椒peper corn:15pics



八角star anise: 2pics



桂皮Cinnamon:1section




香叶bay leave: 2pics




臊子汤材料Soup Ingredients:


卤豆腐braised Tofu:100g(Diced and deep fry)



老豆腐丁Firmed Tofu:100g(Diced)




干木耳丁 Dried Black fungus:10g(Soaked and cut into shredded)



蒜苔丁Garlic Shoots:100g(Diced)



大葱葱白Scallion white part:30g ,chopped




鲜蛋面条noodles





4. 东北大冷面 Northeastern Cold Noodles


荞麦面Buckwheat noodles: 100g



泡白菜(可选)Pickled Chinese cabbage leaves (optional) ,can use any brand.




5. 河南蒸面 Henan Steamed Noodles
