1. 自制肉夹馍 / Homemade Roujiamo (Meat Sandwich)

材料 / Ingredients:

①鸡腿 Chicken thighs: 3 pieces



①清水 Water: 300ml

③青甜椒 Green bell pepper: Half



④紫洋葱丝 Sliced red onion: 100g



⑤冰冻手抓饼 Frozen flaky pastry: 4 sheets



腌料 / Marinade:

⑥生抽 Light soy sauce: 2 tbsp

⑦老抽 Dark soy sauce: 1 tbsp

⑧蚝油 Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp

⑨葱段 Spring onion segments: As needed



⑩姜片 Ginger slices: 3 slices



2. 鳕鱼豆腐羹 / Cod and Tofu Soup
