Beef Appetizer Series - Ingredients & Preparation List
1. 泰式酸辣牛肉沙拉(酸辣开胃,香草点缀)
Thai Spicy and Sour Beef Salad (Tangy & Refreshing with Herbs)
主料 / Main Ingredients:
✅ 牛肩软肉 300克(切薄片)300g Beef Shoulder (Thinly Sliced)


✅ 紫洋葱 1/2个(切丝)1/2 purple Onion (Sliced)


✅ 香菜 2棵(切段)2 Stalks parsly (Chopped)

✅ 番茄 1个(去籽切丝)1 Tomato (Deseeded & Sliced)

牛肉腌料 / Beef Marinade:
第一步(抓匀)/ Step 1 (Mix Well):
✅ 清水 1汤匙 / 1 tbsp Water
✅ 生抽 1汤匙 / 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce

✅ 料酒 1汤匙 / 1 tbsp Cooking Wine

✅ 盐 1/2茶匙 / 1/2 tsp Salt

✅ 黑胡椒粉 1/4茶匙 / 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

第二步(继续抓匀)/ Step 2 (Mix Well Again):
✅ 淀粉 1汤匙 / 1 tbsp Cornstarch

第三步(最后放)/ Step 3 (Final Touch):
✅ 油 1汤匙 / 1 tbsp Oil

酱汁材料 / Sauce Ingredients:
✅ 蒜 5瓣 / 5 Cloves Garlic

✅ 青小米辣 5根(或青长椒替代) / 5 Small Green Chili (or Long Green Chili)

✅ 红小米辣 5根 / 5 Small Red Chili

✅ 香菜 2棵 / 2 Stalks parsly

所有材料切碎,放入臼子中捣碎杵烂
Chop all ingredients and grind them into a paste.
调味料 / Seasoning:
✅ 蚝油 1汤匙 / 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce

✅ 泰式鱼露 1汤匙 / 1 tbsp Thai Fish Sauce

✅ 盐 3/4 茶匙 / 3/4 tsp Salt
✅ 椰糖 3汤匙 / 3 tbsp Palm Sugar



✅ 青柠汁 1/2 杯 / 1/2 cup Lime Juice

2. 盐葱酱牛肉片(浓郁葱香,嫩滑牛肉)

主料 / Main Ingredients:
✅ 雪花牛肉 200克(切 3mm 薄片)200g Marbled Beef (Sliced into 3mm thick pieces)


盐葱酱 / Scallion Salt Sauce:

✅ 熟白芝麻 1 茶匙 / 1 tsp Toasted White Sesame Seeds

✅ 香油 1 汤匙 / 1 tbsp Sesame Oil

✅ 日式味醂(Mirin) 1 汤匙 / 1 tbsp Mirin


✅ 橄榄油 2 汤匙 / 2 tbsp Olive Oil

✅ 姜泥 1/2 茶匙 / 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste

✅ 柠檬汁 1 汤匙 / 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

3. 香辣牛肉条(麻辣爽口,细丝入味)
Spicy Shredded Beef (Fiery & Flavorful Strips of Beef)
材料 / Ingredients:
✅ 牛肉 (优选里脊肉)300g

✅ 300g Beef Tenderloin
腌肉调料 / Beef Marinade:
✅ 葱姜水 1.5汤匙 / 1.5 tbsp Scallion-Ginger Water

✅ 生抽 2茶匙 / 2 tsp Light Soy Sauce

✅ 蛋黄 1个 / 1 Egg Yolk

✅ 盐 1/2茶匙 / 1/2 tsp Salt
✅ 淀粉 1.5茶匙 / 1.5 tsp Cornstarch
✅ 油 1汤匙 / 1 tbsp Oil
凉拌调料(Cold Dressing Sauce):
大蒜(切末)— 15克 | Garlic (minced) — 15g

小米辣(切小粒)— 2个 | Small chili pepper (cut into small pieces) — 2pc

6. 牙签牛肉(外焦里嫩,香辣过瘾)
