- 2. Do not defrost on the countertop
- • To preserve freshness:
- Squeeze all air out of bag before sealing
- • When microwaving:
- Open zipper one inch to vent and place bag on a plate

1. Exchanges
If you prefer another color or size, you can request this when making your return. To do so, state inour NancyMe Exchange/ Return Form. the item you wish to exchange and the new color or size preferre
If your preferred color or size is not available, we will get back to you for the waiting time.
Please report any visible damages and discrepencies within 7 days of delivery. lssues reported after 7days will be screened on a case by case basis.2. Eligibility for Refund:
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- The request for a refund must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items. NancyMe reserves the right to reject any returns if item does not meet all of the above conditions.
3. Non-Refundable Items:
- Items are non-refundable once SOLD.
4. Refund Process:

- Provide your order number, a detailed reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation if necessary.
- Our customer support team will review your request and provide further instructions.
- All returns must be received within 7 working days from the date the confirmation email was sent, thereturn wil be void if we do not receive your parcel within this time frame. All return shipping fees will be borne by the customer. We are not liable for any missing/lost returns sent via non-trackable shipping.
5. Refund Approval:
- Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
- The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
6. Shipping Costs:
- As shipping is a hard cost we incur from logistics, please note that all delivery costs are non-refundable. As such, you will be refunded the following amount:
- Refunded Amount= Final Paid Price -Delivery Fee($7)
- While some companies include return fees into their prices, we charge only when you return. This way.
you're not paying for other peoples' returns or shipping.
Please also note that vouchers and promo codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. lf you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the Final Paid Price (after discount) wil be refunded.
7. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We may require photographic evidence of the issue.
8. Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time frame, please check with your bank or credit card company.

3. We only deliver to Residential Addresses on Saturday.
