1. Exchanges
If you prefer another color or size, you can request this when making your return. To do so, state inour NancyMe Exchange/ Return Form. the item you wish to exchange and the new color or size preferre
If your preferred color or size is not available, we will get back to you for the waiting time.
Please report any visible damages and discrepencies within 7 days of delivery. lssues reported after 7days will be screened on a case by case basis.

2. Eligibility for Refund:

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

The request for a refund must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.

When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items. NancyMe reserves the right to reject any returns if item does not meet all of the above conditions.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

Items are non-refundable once SOLD.

All returns must be received within 7 working days from the date the confirmation email was sent, thereturn wil be void if we do not receive your parcel within this time frame. All return shipping fees will be borne by the customer. We are not liable for any missing/lost returns sent via non-trackable shipping.

Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Shipping Costs:

As shipping is a hard cost we incur from logistics, please note that all delivery costs are non-refundable. As such, you will be refunded the following amount:

While some companies include return fees into their prices, we charge only when you return. This way.
you're not paying for other peoples' returns or shipping.
